The Present I’m Most Excited About

Dec 26, 2016 | Health, Personal Life

Christmas is over and everybody has at least one gift they’re excited about this year – be it a person, place, or thing. I have many things I count myself grateful for. While 2016 has been such a hard year for me, I feel like I’m ending it on a high note (and that feels like a miracle in and of itself) with a lot of energy and hope for the future, near and distant. That’s gift I’m most excited about.

Intangible gifts aside, I got some pretty awesome things for Christmas as well, three of my favorite being the rainbow fluorite and citrine my husband got for me, the light box photography kit that my step-kids got me, and the 23 And Me DNA test that my father-in-law gave all of us!

I’m really excited about trying this out. You literally just spit in a tube, mail it off, and two weeks later, you can get a report on their app with your results.

The report will tell you where in the world each percentage of your genetic makeup originates from. I’ve been thinking about doing for a while, but this is way more accurate (as your ancestors may have been German, but lived in France, and so you think you’re French but you’re not).

As far as I’ve ever been told, I’m German, Irish, English, and Native American. I suspect I will find out a lot more in the next two weeks. And I’ll be sharing the results with you!

PS – I’ve chosen the winners for my Holiday Giftaway and they’ve all been notified via email or Facebook that they have won their choice of a free psychic reading with me. Check your emails!

My first reaction to the reading was WOW. Your words captured a theme woven into my life right now. The reading has emboldened me to take back my power and inspired me to research some books, get back to meditating and provided a focus.
