My 2014 Non-Traditional Thanksgiving Menu

Nov 23, 2014 | Food

Around here, we’re all about real food and I believe that “healthy” food is not low-fat and low-calorie, but rather non-processed, organic, all natural and WHOLE food. So I’ve planned my Thanksgiving menu around just that concept.

My family is huge and we often have four places to go when it comes to Thanksgiving, so rather than having the same meal at four different places, two days in a row, I’ve opted to serve something different, yet still in the spirit of the season for my Thanksgiving fare.

You’ll notice a recurring theme here with pears, pumpkin, cranberries, ricotta, and rosemary. Here’s the menu breakdown (and it’s delicious). Just click the picture for the recipe!

My first reaction to the reading was WOW. Your words captured a theme woven into my life right now. The reading has emboldened me to take back my power and inspired me to research some books, get back to meditating and provided a focus.
