Holistic Spaces Podcast

I’ve been easing into my new job this week. I feel like I have no time anymore, because I’m so used to being able to make my own schedule. Now it’s dark when I leave work and I only have 3-4 hours before it’s time to go to sleep when I get home! Yeah, I’m old. I fall asleep around 9:30 or 10 each night. I haven’t worked a full time job since before I started this blog, so I have to find my routine for posting again.
Meanwhile, the holidays are in full swing around here and no one does Christmas like New York City. I was walking around looking at all the decorations in Anthropologie by Rockefeller Center last week and it made me a little bit depressed. This is the first year in a long time that I won’t be decorating for the holidays. I don’t have any Christmas decorations, much less any space to store them. I’m spending Christmas in Alabama with my mom, though, so I won’t be alone.
Today I wanted to share with you the Holistic Spaces podcast interview I did back in September with Anji Cho, a New York City Feng Shui consultant. It’s a super short listen where Anji and I discuss dream interpretation, sacred spaces, the energy of your space, altars, and how to set intentions with your home decor. You’ll love the discussion!
