Holistic Spaces Podcast

Nov 28, 2017 | Blog, Dream Interpretation, Spirit

I just wanted to throw up a quick post today and direct your attention to a podcast interview I did a couple of months ago.

I’ve been easing into my new job this week. I feel like I have no time anymore, because I’m so used to being able to make my own schedule. Now it’s dark when I leave work and I only have 3-4 hours before it’s time to go to sleep when I get home! Yeah, I’m old. I fall asleep around 9:30 or 10 each night. I haven’t worked a full time job since before I started this blog, so I have to find my routine for posting again.

Meanwhile, the holidays are in full swing around here and no one does Christmas like New York City. I was walking around looking at all the decorations in Anthropologie by Rockefeller Center last week and it made me a little bit depressed. This is the first year in a long time that I won’t be decorating for the holidays. I don’t have any Christmas decorations, much less any space to store them. I’m spending Christmas in Alabama with my mom, though, so I won’t be alone.

Today I wanted to share with you the Holistic Spaces podcast interview I did back in September with Anji Cho, a New York City Feng Shui consultant. It’s a super short listen where Anji and I discuss dream interpretation, sacred spaces, the energy of your space, altars, and how to set intentions with your home decor. You’ll love the discussion!

This week, I’m very excited to welcome my friend, Ash Riley, an intuitive personal development mentor who works with many spiritual topics, including dreams. This time around, we’ll chat with Ash about dreams and sacred spaces, but hopefully she’ll be back soon with more insight on all the spiritual aspects of her work.

My first reaction to the reading was WOW. Your words captured a theme woven into my life right now. The reading has emboldened me to take back my power and inspired me to research some books, get back to meditating and provided a focus.
