Are Shadow People Evil?
Question from a reader:
If you’re referring to paranormal researchers with their own TV shows, naturally things are dramatized for ratings and pander’s to the general populations love of thrills and fear. People watch ghost hunting shows because they like to be scared, so that’s what the producers are going to give them.
“Are shadow people as evil as paranormal researchers make them out to be? How does one let their mind go to allow the side you experience to creep in and develop?”
Also keep in mind, just as not all psychics have spiritual understandings, neither do paranormal researchers. They’re just as beholden to their own belief system as everyone else.
Duality – good vs. evil – is an illusion. Evil is a human judgement created within a dualistic existence. At the highest level, evil does not exist. The entire universe is merely varying gradations of love. It is we, as humans with our belief systems that are created within this illusory dualistic existence which label things as “evil.” To the Universe, they just are – and they are as loved for what they are as you and me.
We’ve been culturally conditioned to believe that the color black symbolizes negativity. For example, in our western culture, black represents death, but in other cultures, white is actually the color of death and mourning. You’ve been biologically conditioned to fear the dark (many large predators hunt at night, and thus, as the human species evolved, darkness was equated with danger). Those are two very powerful influences on your beliefs and emotions and they can and do influence how you perceive your experiences.
Physically speaking, spirits can manifest in a number of ways. Just because a spirit manifests itself as a shadow does not mean it is negatively polarized.
You have to learn how to remove your own emotional and cultural bias from any given situation and look at it neutrally.

This does not apply to questions that you would ask during a psychic reading. Please book a reading with a reputable intuitive - you can find my list of recommended people here. I also offer single card tarot readings [GET DETAILS].
My first reaction to the reading was WOW. Your words captured a theme woven into my life right now. The reading has emboldened me to take back my power and inspired me to research some books, get back to meditating and provided a focus.Dina
